Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We have used Paypal for over a decade with many customers, and in this time we have not had any payment or fraud issues. You can be confident using Paypal for your online purchase.

How long will delivery take?

In the overwhelming majority of cases once the subscription has been processed successfully you can be learning within a minute.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

For over 10 years we have used Paypal successfully and no-one has ever reported any unusual or fraudulent transactions.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your payment will be processed by Paypal, this should literally take just a few seconds and you will be advised of a successful transaction. Then your membership level will be automatically updated to include your new subscription. You can go to your new video from the My Account menu item at the top of the website, your new purchase will be listed in blue and ready.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for the purchase but if the credit card details are different from the name you wish to show on the invoice please send us an email and we will be happy to amend the invoice for you.
