This website has security features to prevent theft and piracy. It is important that you Log Out of the site before closing your browser. To regain access to the private members files:
1. Delete the browser cache. If you are unsure of the process for your browser, do an internet search ” Clear the cache for xxxx” where xxxx is your browser, i.e. Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc
2. When done, close down your PC and unplug the power cable from the wall
3. Turn off your modem and unplug it from the wall
4. After waiting a minimum of 60 seconds, then plug everything back in and try to login again.
This will fix all errors that may prevent your login, except of course for an incorrect password. IF you wish to reset your password, follow the above steps and enter your username and then select “Lost Your Password” blue link under the password box. Open your emails and you will receive an email confirming you have requested a password change. Gmail users need to check your Social and Promotions folder.
